Tip top Omega Ladies Vintage Watch

25Jun10

Omegas aren’t usually our thing at Watch Me Go, as they’re a bit on the pricey side and we mainly go for affordable vintage watches. We do like them, though, and the older the better. G’s grandfather had a 1953 Omega Seamaster and so when we saw this 1950s ladies Omega of a similar type, we had to have it.

Omega Watch

A classic style

Just like the one G remembers, it has gold numerals and hands on a creamy two-tone face, with the minute markers in a circle inside the numerals. The face has a lovely warm patina but we suspect this watch has never been worn, as it has the original Omega branded strap in perfect condition. Buy it, look after it, and give it to your grandchildren in the years to come…
